At Bayer Animal Health, we have an on-site Diversity Council to initiate, define, and recommend new and improved methods for leveraging diversity. The Diversity Council meets bi-monthly to discuss current topics and plan events.

The Bayer Diversity Advisory Council (BDAC) is comprised of employees who represent Bayer's core businesses in the United States - Bayer HealthCare, Bayer MaterialScience, Bayer CropScience, and Bayer Corporate and Business Services.

BDAC members act as change agents to Bayer management in the United States by:

• Being at the forefront of diversity issues.
• Supporting line management in leading change.
• Championing an organization that values diversity.
• Establishing communication links to drive Bayer's diversity effort across its various businesses and sites through sharing objectives, results, recommendations, and success stories.

As an animal health industry leader, Bayer Animal Health is committed to developing future leaders.
