Peer Mentoring

Bayer Animal Health is committed to employee development and offers nominated employees an opportunity to take part in the Bayer Animal Health Peer Mentoring Program. This 12-month program focuses on cross-functional learning experiences to develop competencies in areas outside current job roles.

By becoming a peer mentor, experienced employees can take on a leadership role. These mentors are internal subject matter experts who discuss critical business and development issues with mentees.

The program strives to link individual goals with overall organizational goals for optimal success at Bayer Animal Health.
