The Bayer Animal Health Global Science & Management Integration Program is a leadership development program tailored for talented and ambitious individuals who are scientifically literate and wish to pursue an international management position within Bayer Animal Health.

This unique MBA program will be offered in alliance with the University of Kansas School of Business, which ranks as one of the top business schools in the nation. Once accepted, students will have the opportunity to work at Bayer Animal Health in a rotational executive development program while pursuing their MBA at the KU School of Business.

Program Qualifications

Bayer Animal Health recruits highly qualified applicants for the program. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Strong scientific background and successful completion of either a D.V.M. or a Ph.D.
  • Interest in combining science acumen with business functions
  • Desire to pursue an MBA
  • Commitment to developing a career with Bayer Animal Health
  • Full-time work experience
  • Geographic flexibility

Essential information for the KU School of Business Applicants must qualify for both the Science and Management Integration program and the KU School of Business.
